We loved our visit again to Varapodio estate. It was our third visit over the years .. We are from Tasmania & we were staying in Broken Hill, & varapodio was an incentive for us to visit Mildura (which we enjoy as well) .. the owner was again very welcoming & he took us through the tastings of the oils & he also stocks some other gourmet food products which were also available for tasting .. once again a very pleasant experience & well worth a visit.. I will need to send away for an order very soon now we are home.. excellent oils etc

Great light lunch and beautiful olive oil. Well worth a stop in to have the owner and maker of the oil take you through their oil selection.

We were a bit surprised by our visit and I don't like being negative, but I have to say how we were treated. The staff member clearly wasn't excited at all about having a visitor and made minimal effort in trying to help us or give us any attention. It is a shame as we were planing on spending, but didn't. I am sure this is not everyone's experience, and was disappointed it was ours. We won't be returning.

The food was good. We had a focaccia and chips. However the menu wasn't very broad, and the meals weren't very large for the cost.

The owner was great in explaining the difference between the various oils. Was genuinely interested in how and why we use Olive oil. Great local produce to buy. Cheers
